Well it's time for my summer holiday update, seeing as i've done winter and spring this year i'll keep the tradition going.
humm, summer hols started a LONG time ago, ok so mid-november, but it feels like a lifetime ago. the last bit of school flew by in a flurry and exams were hell but my last exam was on the first day of exams for the most of nz high school stoodents,a small perk. soon thereafter my elderly grandma passed away. Then my brother did what i never had the guts to do, he just gave up on my mum and her partner and is now refusing to live here, it's ok tho he's living with dad. My other granma managed to convince (bully) him into comin to the funeral tho, which was really sad but really good to go to. I'll love you for ever muzzy and you will be sorely missed.
I flew out to Oz the next day to meet up with my friend and her mum. we had an awesome time in the sun with plenty of hot guys and cheap outlet stores around, i'm fully going to save up and go again, the shopping is sooo good and i have to visit my mate once he moves there in feb.
The last of 2006 is a bit of a blur as time marched on thru december I had a great time partying, working, going for coffee and not sleeping. this mix got more and more frantic as we drew closer and closer to xmas eve, the dreaded day on which my mate daniel left to live in israel. I love him so much and am so angry at myself for wasting so much of the two years i knew him, but i can never get that time back, so all i'll do is be insanely thankful for every moment i spent with him. i honeslty don't know what i'll do without him, my prescious bisexual man-whore!
ok, i'm sad he left, but I won't let him be responsible for my happiness and i'm sure he's having tonnes of fun in israel with all his friends who meant so much more to him than we did.
moving along, i spent xmas day driving to rotorua to be with my grandparents and co. which was really lovely. and then a day later i continued driving south and went to mt ruapehu for 4 days tramping which was soooo cool and really really fun and amazing.
I drove back up to auckland on new years eve to work a shift at dunkin donuts and then spent a quiet new years at my mates house (she has a busted ankle and we couldn't go anywhere but it was fun anyway). i worked again today (new year's day so i got time and half pay oh yeeah) and now we're all up to date.
jan's gunna be busy too, lots of work + partying + have to spend as much time with aviv as possible before he moves to australia + lots of cool concerts (BDO!!!) + hanging with cousins

ok so its longer than my usually holiday summary but i had a lot more to tell.
but in short since my last journal:
exams = shite but they're over!
gran died = shite but actually good in a way.
bro left = shite
aus = nice break
work = money but v.tired
parting = v. fun but even more tired
dan left = v. v. shite & suicidal rose
xmas & tramping = another nice break (my liver needed to recover)
upcoming concerts = fun
aviv going to leave = more suicide.

and in between all this me and bro are making a huge effort on a joint manga of Alex Black and Hamilton Case which is coming along nicely.

Well it's summer so i can't get too depressed wheee! it'd be better if my good friend adri wasn't quite so into her new bf such that little else appears to matter to her (ok that's not true, i'm just having a sulk, perhaps if i had a steamy summer romance too i wouldn't mind so much...but i'm thinking my copious random hookups at parties is more fun than a bf anyway. [yay contraction])
